Last night I had a medical emergency and some of the guests and some of the staff who were around helped out in every way they could. I am truly grateful to live in a place where people are so caring. The rooms and kitchens are large and are cleaned daily and this is evident. The usual cause of uncleanliness is a small number of guests who intermittentantly reside in places such as this and who don't respect the shared spaces. The guests themselves are (mostly) very lovely. I have made life long friends since being here and am sad that I will soon be leaving. People are respectful, honest, trustworthy and compassionate. I have been given so much good life advice from people in the hostel. There is plenty of space to socialise and the hostel staff are keen that guests develop positive relationships.
